Spirituality is a part of who we are and how we connect with others, ourselves, the natural world and the Creator. Many of us are in the midst of deconstruction, faith transition or feeling alienated by the traditions of our youth. Spiritual Direction can help you on that journey. Through spiritual direction we gain insights into the connections God is forming around us and find more confidence for our unique spiritual journeys. We use contemplative practices and nature to help directees better find the Divine in everyday life. Sessions are scheduled for 55 minutes in-person or on Zoom.
