The Steven’s Homestead is located on about six acres of suburban land wedged between an elementary school and a housing plan. The property is sloped taken significant runoff from the school parking lot. Our design considers all the home owner’s desired outcomes, including signifiant native and productive trees planted on contour to reduce water runoff. Today the property is extremely productive with many of the design ideas implemented.
